Summary
Digital twins are virtual representations of physical assets that are created using real time data. The potential for digital twin cities is endless, from informing all aspects of civil engineering and city planning to aiding the vision of future infrastructure
In collaboration with the Wellington City Council, using their live city data, we developed this new space for interaction. Traditionally, large scale city visualisations were done using animations. Now, with the advancement of gaming technology, we can create interactive large scale city models with integrated data.
